Headshot of Lindsey Parker

Lindsey Parker serves as Senior Advisor to Mayor Muriel Bowser, where she leads cross-government initiatives and strategic projects focused on the future of Washington, DC. In this role, she oversees the redevelopment of the RFK campus and helps lead the work of the DC250 Commission, coordinating efforts tied to the nation’s 250th anniversary and the District’s role in it.

Over the course of her service to the District of Columbia, Lindsey has held several senior leadership roles across the Bowser Administration, including Chief of Staff to the Mayor, Assistant City Administrator, and Chief Technology Officer. In these roles, she has overseen large-scale operational and technology modernization efforts, coordinated citywide crisis response operations, and led initiatives requiring close collaboration across government agencies, the private sector, and community stakeholders.

Prior to rejoining DC government, Lindsey worked at the intersection of technology, policy, and organizational strategy across both the public and private sectors.
