Associate Director, Office of Policy and Legislative Affairs

Sarina Loy serves as an Associate Director of the Office of Policy and Legislative Affairs (OPLA) for the Executive Office of the Mayor.

Prior to joining the Bowser Administration, Ms. Loy served as the Legislative Analyst for the Committee on Finance and Revenue and the Ward 2 Constituent Office for the Council of the District of Columbia. In this role, she worked to coordinate responses from of multiple district agencies to address the needs of the constituents residing in Ward 2. Ms. Loy has over 15 years of governmental experience.

Sarina, a Ward 7 resident and native Washingtonian, earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, University College.
