Policy Counsel, Office of Federal and Regional Affairs

Nikolas Nartowicz serves as the Policy Counsel for the Office of Federal and Regional Affairs. He graduated from Dartmouth with a double minor in English, Law & Public Policy. Nikolas is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center with an interest in public and government service. He has served as an Intern for the US House of Representatives Democratic Caucus. He was a Law Clerk for the US Department of Education as well as the US Office of Special Counsel. Mr. Nartowicz has worked as a McCleary Law Fellow for the Human Rights Campaign and as a Legal Fellow for the Office of US Senator Jeanne Shaheen. Most recently, he served as a Legal Fellow for the US House of Representatives working on judiciary, education, and healthcare issues.
