Associate Director, Office of Federal and Regional Affairs

Calvin Osborne serves as an Associate Directorof the Office of Federal & Regional Affairs (OFRA) in the Executive Office of the Mayor.Mr. Osborne’s current legislative portfolio includes issues affecting businesses and citizenry in areas of transportation, energy, natural resources, telecommunications and small business.

Prior to joining the Bowser Administration, Mr. Osborne was the Vice President and General Counsel of COTO Consulting, LLC., a technology start-up focusing on government contracts. Prior to this role, Mr. Osborne was Associate Director of the Office of Communications Business Opportunities at the Federal Communications Commission where he served for more than 10 years and previously served as an attorney in the Public Service Commission of DC (DC PSC). 

Mr. Osborne holds a Juris Doctor from University of Missouri in Kansas City, Missouri and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Economics from William Jewell College in Liberty Missouri.
